• 1 ounce honey

  • 1/2 ounce hot water

  • 1.5 ounces DÉCADA Silver

  • 1 Jalapeño slice (1/2 inch thick)

  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 3/4 ounce honey syrup

Stir honey and hot water together to make honey syrup. Muddle Jalapeño in the shaker gently. In a glass add ice, tequila, lemon juice, and honey syrup. Pour into shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with jalapeño slice and lemon twist. Serve straight up.
