MEXICAN MULE

 Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz DÉCADA Silver

  • 1 oz Fresh Lime

  • 1 oz Simple Syrup

  • 2 oz Ginger Beer

  • 10-12 Mint Leaves

In a pilsner glass lightly muddle half the lime with the mint, bruising mint without breaking into pieces. Add juice of other half of the lime, tequila, simple syrup. Shake. Pour/Strain into chilled copper mug, fill with ice, top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint sprig and lime twist or wedge.
